  1. Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct, i.e., account details, billing address, and password or UPI address, and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
  2. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at care@mayonauto.com

To place your order, follow these steps:

  1. Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you prefer for your car. After choosing your favorite product, select the relevant size and the color you prefer. You can check out our size chart for reference.
  2. Once you’re done, click the “ADD TO CART” button.
  3. Proceed to checkout, enter your details (Email, Name, Address, & Phone number), and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking on “Place Order.”

For Prepaid orders, you can initiate cancellation requests for products or orders within 12 hours from the time of placing the order by writing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Please note that the cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used while ordering. Send us the email at care@mayonauto.com.

NOTE: Few special items are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or replacements. The same will be mentioned in the product description.

Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled. If the order is delivered and you receive a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

The Order ID will be sent to you via Email & Whatsapp once the order is placed successfully. Within 48 hrs, we will fulfill your order, and a Tracking ID will be sent to you.

To find out when your order is arriving, click on the Menu bar on your left side of the screen.

Click on TRACK ORDERS and enter your Order details to see the order status.

You cannot track orders which are placed recently. If you cannot find any update on your order on the TRACK ORDERS page, click on the Chat Icon at the bottom right corner of the website and enter your Order number to see the fulfillment status.

If any unusual event or complication leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
